It was great working with Jill Hurst and Emily Green Property. Jill was amazing in really quickly and efficiently getting me into my first home. The process was really smooth and Jill answered my questions and sought further information when she couldn’t. I especially appreciated the help Jill gave me in getting the sale done quickly and coordinating inspections/contracts. I really enjoyed being treated with respect, which at the end of a long search for a first home was really welcome. Also important was all the inspections were private and with Jill so I actually had time to look around and ask heaps of questions. Emily was amazing throughout the entire process of inspection, application and outcome. She was efficient and clearly communicated the process, often before we asked. Regretfully we had to break our lease due to a work promotion and relocation. Rather than making us feel bad for needing to do this, she congratulated us and clearly laid out the steps for us to follow, with timeframes. We had a really rough time prior to renting through Emily Green and will not hesitate to recommend her to tenants and owners alike. She didn't make us feel like a commodity or nuisance at any stage (unlike previous agencies) and shows genuine care and ethical behaviours. Buying a house is a big deal, but Jill Hurst somehow made it feel less like a transaction and more like an exciting new chapter. I engaged Emily Green Property to sell a rental property for me. Michael was helpful in suggesting what needed to be done to make the property more attractive to buyers.
