As interstate buyers moving to beautiful Tasmania, after 12 months of looking and dealing with multiple agencies, it was such a pleasure to deal with Jill for the purchase of our property. She really helped us with the whole process and at no stage did we feel as though we were under pressure, and nothing was too much trouble. As such we handed the task of renting out the house whilst we await the move from Sydney. The house was rented out within the first week, everything was taken care of, from council rates, carpet cleaning as well as being able to supply gardening and maintenance if required. Being a prior tenant of Emily’s I found during inspections she was meticulous, checking everything at the property and her organisation skills in arranging workmen to resolve issues as soon as possible was incredible.
